Rates & Fees
Choosing therapy is an investment in your emotional well-being, your relationships, and your future. My goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care while being transparent about fees and policies from the beginning.
Session Rates.
My standard rate is $180 for a 55-minute session. Longer sessions are available when clinically appropriate, particularly for couples, families, or clients who may benefit from additional time.
Current Rates:
55-minute session: $180
75-minute session: $225
90-minute session: $270
Late Cancellations/No Shows: session fee
The recommended session length is determined collaboratively based on your treatment goals and clinical needs. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available.
Payment.
Payment is due at the time of service through the secure client portal. Accepted payment methods will be provided before your first appointment.
Insurance
Brandy Hall Therapy, PLLC and Rooted Counseling and Family Therapy, LLC are currently private-pay practices and do not bill insurance directly.
Affiliated company, Brandy L. Hall, Sole Proprietor, accepts the following insurance for individual therapy through Headway: Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Nevada, Blue Shield of California, Carelon Behavioral Health (CA only). Click here to check your eligibility and get started using your insurance: Check Eligibility. Relationship therapy that is not medically necessary is not covered by insurance. Brandy L. Hall provides Family therapy through Headway on a limited basis.
If your health plan includes out-of-network benefits and you received services that were medically necessary, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your individual insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed.
Good Faith Estimate
Under federal law, clients who do not use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate describing the expected cost of services. Additional information is available on the Good Faith Estimate page of this website.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to the session fee, as described in your informed consent documents.
